Based near Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, with excellent routes to the whole of East Anglia and the rest of the UK.
4 Counties 4x4 delivers high quality 4x4 off-road driver training. We also deliver both on and off-road trailer handling training as well as safety in winch and self recovery courses.
At 4 Counties 4x4 we abide by and promotde ’tread lightly’ environmentally considerate driving practices as prescribed by Land Rover’s Fragile Earth and GLASS (the Green Lane Association) driving codes.
Our lead instructor and company director,

★ Has over 30 years experience of professional and recreational 4x4 off-road driving around the world in all types of conditions.

★ Is a LANTRA accredited instructor for off-road driving, winching and trailer handling courses with all types of 4x4 vehicles.

★ Also trained with Land Rover Experience and successfully completed their Level 1, Level 2 and Observer courses.
4 Counties 4x4 is a LANTRA approved training provider. We pride ourselves in delivering the very best instruction in safe and responsible off-road driving.
Our Courses
Using our 4x4s, or a customer’s own vehicles, we can present LANTRA certificated or customer tailored driving,winching and trailer handling courses/events. these can be held on our privately owned LANTRA approved sites, or alternatively, at a customer prefered site. (Note: only LANTRA approved 4x4 sites may be used for LANTRA certificated 4x4 courses)
We also provide All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) driver training.
